Exchange/Return Policy
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason Chateau le Pooch will gladly credit your account for the appropriate amount once the item is returned. Item(s) must be in the same condition as when sent including any and all product packaging. Items must be returned no later than 14 days from receipt. Exchanges can be made within 14 days for the same reasons as above for similar or exact items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and with its original product packaging. Shipping / return shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited. Sale items are not returnable.

Shipping Policy
Chateau le Pooch strives to deliver prompt service. All in-stock merchandise is shipped within 3 business days and your order will be delivered in less than 14 days. Shipping and handling cost is determined by the total weight of items purchased. Orders are shipped viaUPS ground. We ship to the US, US territories and Canada. We do not ship internationally.

We accept Visa, Master and American Express credit cards. All customer transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged at 8.25% for residents of California.

Cancellation Policy
We process your order quickly. Therefore, for cancellation of a placed order, please email chateaulepooch@yahoo.com within 12 hrs to ensure that your item(s) have not been shipped. We will charge the amount back to your credit card or issue you a check.
